1. About the Website

Pass NHBRC Test is an independent educational website providing resources for NHBRC technical assessment preparation. We are not an NHBRC-registered training provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHBRC. Our materials are not official examination papers unless expressly stated.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate registration and purchase information. Keep login credentials confidential, use your account appropriately and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict accounts for reasonably suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or breach of these Terms.

3. Products

Products may include PDF study guides, practice questions and answers, and online simulator access. Package contents, features, prices and access conditions are described on the relevant product or checkout page.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated. Payment is made using checkout methods provided. Access may be activated after payment confirmation. Errors affecting an order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products may be delivered through downloads, your dashboard, simulator access or another electronic method. You are responsible for a compatible device, software and internet connection. Contact support if you cannot access a purchase. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Practice Simulator

The simulator is an educational practice tool, not an official NHBRC examination, assessment or certification. We may update its questions, features and interface.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Materials are for educational preparation. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, but do not guarantee that questions will appear in an official assessment, that content is exhaustive or error-free, or that you will pass. Consult current official resources where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property and Licence

Unless otherwise stated, website materials, question banks, simulator content, branding and design are owned by or licensed to Pass NHBRC Test. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, republish or commercially exploit materials; upload paid files to public sharing platforms; copy substantial question-bank content; interfere with or reverse engineer the simulator; or remove ownership notices without written permission. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or security, upload malicious code, scrape substantial content without permission, misrepresent your purchase status, or circumvent payment/access controls.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to comply with South African consumer protection law. Digital delivery or access beginning after payment does not automatically remove cancellation, refund or other rights under applicable law. Requests will be considered in light of the product, delivery/access, whether it is defective or materially different from its description, statutory rights and the circumstances. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@passnhbrc.co.za with your transaction reference.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably warranted by breach, fraud, unauthorised activity, unlawful sharing or a security risk. Actions affecting paid purchases remain subject to law and your rights. Account closure may be requested through support; some records may need to be retained legally.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of opportunity, data or access. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Third-Party Services

Payment, hosting and other third-party services may have separate terms. Our responsibility for third-party services is subject to applicable law.

14. Changes and Governing Law

Updated Terms will be posted here. Changes apply as permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to applicable consumer rights and dispute procedures.
